General paint Specifications:
Coating topside- suitable for roll forming, 25 microns total dry thickness, polyester, with internal lubricants, on primer. NCCA Standard “T” bend test method of ASTM D4145-83 (must pass 2T bend test, no pick off with scotch # 610 tape. ECCA test to 1T is also acceptable. Coating test to ECCA T1 at every coil. Light wax of evaporative lubricant to be applied to exterior to paint. Backside – 12 microns total dry thickness, epoxy primer and polyester wish coat.
